So of course we want you to love your order! To ensure that you do, please read over the following exchange/return policies.
If you have chosen the IN-STORE PICKUP option, you have 14 days from the DAY OF PURCHASE to bring your item/s back for a store credit or exchange. If you have had your items SHIPPED you will have 14 days from receiving the order to contact us about a store credit or exchange. Please note, we do not offer refunds under any circumstance. All items purchased at a discount are considered FINAL SALE. Thank you!
A Delicate Edge is not responsible for shipping costs if a customer chooses to send something back.
In order to redeem a credit, the customer must contact A Delicate Edge before finalizing a purchase online as the credit will only be able to be given at this time via phone call/e-mail.
A store credit or exchange can only be issued if the item is returned in it's original shipping condition. (No damages, odors, defects, etc.) Tags must be intact.
Jewelry, Sunglasses, Apothecary, & Sale Items are final sale.
Gift Certificates purchased in-store are currently not able to be used in our online boutique or live sales.
